Heather Wolstenholme


Heather is the founder and president of North Jersey Property Management (NJPM).  She has over 20+ years of experience within the field as she worked alongside her father when he owned and operated his own management company in years past.  Heather established NJPM to service her clients with a more focused, hands-on style.  During that time, she has gained the recognition of great success with a variety of properties in Northern New Jersey and strong vendor relationships throughout the region.

Kami Kessler

Operations Manager

Kami, our Operations Manager has earned her BA in Business Administration from Post University and is currently pursuing her MBA in Business Management.  With 18 years of experience in the corporate world, she brings to NJPM, the knowledge of excellent client services and management of a business. 

Leigh Reilly

Accounting Manager

Leigh, our Accounting Manager, grew up in Sussex County and earned her BA degree from Centenary College graduating cum laude.   Her prior experience has been a sales rep for a major firm and an event planner.  Now she enjoys her focus in accounting here at NJPM.  Leigh keeps busy outside of the office with her husband and 3 children.

Chief Motivation Officer

Buster is NJPMs finest employee.  He has strong experience in greeting our clients with friendly snorts and kisses when you visit the office.  He spends most of his time sunbathing on his ottoman and taking much-needed naps with an occasional toss of a toy.  Stop by the office and meet our prince.  Buster promises to brighten your day!
