Administrative Management Services
- Create and maintain individual homeowner files
- Receive and monitor work orders and maintenance requests
- Attend monthly Board of Director meetings and provide relevant correspondence
- 24 Hour emergency service line
Accounting Management Services
- Open, maintain and reconcile association bank account(s), CDs, and/or Line of Credit
- Retrieve and deposit monthly dues, late fees, assessments
and other income - Collections
- Payment of monthly bills
- Prepare and provide easy-to-read monthly financial reports to
Board of Directors - Mailing of monthly statements to delinquent unit owners
- Prepare annual budgets
Operation Management Services
- Property inspections – issuance of violations, where applicable
- Maintain common areas including lawn care, snow clearance, tree trimming, power washing, gutter cleaning and more
- Competitively bid contracts, maintenance services, and insurance coverages
- Enforce Association’s Rules and Regulations
